Freelance-Vintage at London Fashion Weekend-Feb 23rd-25th
The role-to create ‘in-a-jiffy’ vintage inspired hair & make-up looks for our Starlet Glamour Parlour. Must be able to create vintage hair and make-up looks within 20-30 mins.
Be a part of London Fashion Weekend!! We are offering the chance to come to London Fashion Weekend at Somerset House from the 23rd to the 26th of February. Be one of the few to work this amazing event with top designers and companies like: Toni & Guy; Elle Magazine; Elizabeth Arden; Chambord; Diet Coke just to name a few. With thousands in attendance over the 3 day event, you will also be able to earn some cash. In September we handled over 30 appointments per day and had to turn away customers because we did not have the staff required.
This year we will be the main focus for Vintage Hair and Make-up. I need skilled individuals to help with vintage-inspired hair styles and makeup. With thousands in attendance and an opportunity to make up to £13 per appointment, you have the potential to a good chunk of cash. The show runs Thursday 5pm-10pm, Friday 12pm-9pm, Saturday 10am-7pm. We do ask that you spend no more than 30 minutes per customer.
With 5 Hours on Thursday, 9 hours on Friday and 9 hours on Saturday we are offering the potential to make a good amount of money. You will be given an hour break on Friday and Saturday. It will all depend on how fast you are with the customers and what the customer orders. Not everyone will want the same package so it is hard to determine exactly what your earnings will be. You can always up-sell any appointment you wish, bringing your earning potential up. You will need to actively engage customers. You will be required to style other members of the team and some sponsors for free-this in turn increasing interest and sales. With thousands in attendance over the 3 day event, you will also be able to earn a good amount. The more people you style, the more you make.
With free entry to everywhere but the Catwalk, ticket value alone is £120 over the three days. Our goal is to style as many people as possible at London Fashion Weekend. The more people you style, the more you make.

The role-to assist in running the Now, Voyager stall at some amazing Events.
Booking in hair/make-up appointments
Be the face of Now, Voyager-meeting & greeting customers
Engaging customers and talking them through the hair accessory range
Making contacts
Talking press/bloggers through the range
Actively selling the hair accessories/invoicing
Photography
Maintaining social media
Keeping the stall at high VM & stock levels at all times
The candidate will need to be bubbly and confident-a Now, Voyager brand ambassador! Candidate will also need to be professional and self-motivated, as well as willing to have their hair styled at events! Travel paid.
Models
